Every calculator and chart maker on this site runs inside your browser. Your courses, grades and pasted numbers are worked out and drawn on your own device; nothing is sent to a server, and no file you download passes through one. Close the tab and nothing is sent anywhere. Two things do stay behind: the grade tables remember themselves in this browser's local storage, described below — they never leave the device — and the share button, which every tool on this site has, but only when you ask for it.

Pressing “Share a link” sends what is in that tool — the numbers you pasted or typed, the titles and the settings you chose — to our server, where it is stored so that the link can open it later. Nothing else goes with it: no name, no account, no browsing history. We do keep a one-way hash of the network address the link was made from, so that a page reported as abusive can be traced to its source; the address itself is not stored.

A shared link is public and permanent. Anyone who has it can open the page and read the numbers behind it — the pages are not listed in search engines, but they are not secret either, and they have no expiry date. Do not share anything you would not put on a public page. If a link needs to be taken down, whether it is yours or not, write to the operator with the address of the page and it will be removed.

The grade tables remember themselves between visits in your browser's local storage: the courses, letter grades and credits in the GPA tables, the rows of the grade calculators and the three numbers of the final-grade page. That data stays on your device, is never uploaded, and can be removed at any time through your browser's site-data settings. Data pasted into a chart maker is not stored at all unless you press the share button. The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of any kind.

The pages themselves are served by our own web server, which keeps the ordinary log every web server keeps: your network address, the time, the page requested and which browser asked for it. Those logs are kept briefly for security and for finding faults, and they are not used to build a profile of anyone or shared with anybody. No third-party service is involved in serving this site.

The operator is a private person in Estonia, so the data-protection rules of the European Union apply. Two things exist that could be asked about: the server logs described above, and anything you chose to share a link to. Everything else stays in your own browser and never reaches us, so there is nothing more to hand over or delete.
